In the context of HC, the Neo Human-Centrism concept is established through the continuous introspection of the three relationships between humans and the world. Therefore, it is not "human-centered" in the traditional sense but rather "human-rooted," with "subjectivity," "inclusivity," and "symbiosis" as its cultural attributes. It advocates and promotes "multidimensional dialogue" and establishes a "new paradigm for action" as its guiding principle. This approach aims to preserve and continually develop the uniqueness of "humanity" amid the rapid evolution of contemporary civilization, while mitigating biological vulnerability by enhancing "resilience and restoration," thereby maximizing the development of "ultimate care."
HUcares以“让技能者被看见、获尊重、动天下”为使命，旨在通过建立一个以人力资本为核心的共创生态，倡导守护个体价值，推动技能影响力者获得应有的尊重和认可。基于“技能无国界”的理念，为每个人提供平等的机会，让世界看到并尊重每个人的技能和贡献。按议题的不断推进，HUcares逐渐开始从HC和HU两个板块协同发展。
HUcares has adopted the mission of "making skilled individuals seen, respected, and impactful worldwide." It aims to advocate for the protection of individual value and promote well-deserved respect and recognition for skilled influencers by establishing a co-creative ecosystem centered on human capital. Guided by the principle that "skills know no borders," it strives to provide equal opportunities for everyone, ensuring that their skills and contributions are seen and respected globally. As initiatives progress, HUcares has gradually begun to coordinate its development through two key pillars: HC and HU.

HU新人本站是HCer伙伴共识扩大的必然路径，HU亦有人类命运联合体之含义，HU的诞生标志者HC进入新的发展阶段，这个阶段里没有关于“我们”，只有“关于我们所有人”。
The HU Neo Human-Rooted Front represents an inevitable path for expanding the consensus among HCer partners. HU also carries the meaning of a "Human Community of Shared Future." The birth of HU marks HC's entry into a new stage of development, a stage that transcends the concept of "us" and focuses instead on "all of us."
